Delta Delta Delta

Theta Eta Chapter Chapter at University of Wyoming

Letter From the President

Hello!

My name is Madison Crepeau and I am the Collegiate Chapter President of the Theta Eta Chapter of Delta Delta Delta at the University of Wyoming. I am extremely honored to represent the talented, diverse, inspiring, and dedicated women of my chapter who live everyday by our values; scholarship, philanthropy, leadership, and sisterhood.

We have women studying in over 25 majors ranging from Engineering to Elementary Education and Business to Pre-Pharmacy to name a few! This past semester we have worked very hard for a cumulative GPA of a 3.1 which is higher than the UW all Women’s average and the UW Undergrad average.

Another aspect of sorority life we hold very dear to our heart is our national philanthropy, St. Jude Research Hospital located in Memphis, TN. Every fall our chapter holds our 24-hour Tri Hop Pancake Breakfast Event which is a favorite among our members, UW students, and the community. Along with this event and others that occurred over the year, our chapter was able to raise over $40,000 for the children at St. Jude. Along with our work for St. Jude our women also participate in multiple community service events throughout campus including The Big Event, SafeRide Sidekicks, and Relay for Life.

We are very proud to have members participating in 31 different RSOs on campus including academic honoraries, sports teams, and interest groups. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by strong and diverse women in leadership positions all across campus such as four of our members sit on Associated Students of the University of Wyoming (ASUW) Student Senate, several members in the Women’s A Capella group; The Betty’s, a member as the President of the senior honorary Mortar Board, and more.

Along with scholarship, philanthropy and leadership, we love being around our sisters! From sisterhood involving movies and crafts to playing chapter volleyball and laser tag we know our relationships with our sisters are lifelong. We bond over our similarities and learn from our differences and I can personally say I am a better woman because of Tri Delta and the sisters I have choose to surround myself with. I am very proud and honored to represent these wonderful women and look forward to another wonderful year with them!

Best,

Madison Creapeu
